Export... from the File
menu in the main menu bar at the top of the window. A dialog will pop up and allow you to specify the name and location of the file in which to save the data.
All the active (not filtered out) objects will be exported to this file. The data is stored as a tab-separated file (one line per object, values separated by tabulator characters) that can then be read by applications such as Microsoft Excel for further processing (e.g. generation of reports).
